Q: What payent methods do you accept ?

A: We accpet all mayor credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX ) and APPLE Pay, as well as PAYPAL

Q: When will my order be processed ? 

A: All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Q: How long is shipping?  

A: We offer free worldwide shipping. Delivery usually takes 10-40 days, depending on your location.

Q: Can I erase the writing?  

A: Yes! Use the included cloth and write again – as often as you like.

Q: Are the products safe for kids?  

A: Totally. The products are safe for each age, when using it right.
